To operate your Evolution 200 S waste disposal, simply:
- Turn on your cold water tap
- Press the air switch button
- Push any waste food into the sink plug hole
The high-torque Dura-Drive induction motor, stainless steel grind elements and large waste chamber with a capacity of 1180 ml - the largest in our range - quickly and efficiently grind all your waste food into tiny particles that are simply flushed away down your kitchen drain.
The Evolution 200 S waste disposal unit features three stage grind technology, plus an auto-reverse feature, ensuring even the toughest of food scraps and peels are disposed of with ease. Ground down to the finest of particles, there is minimal risk of blockages. The power boost circuit provides extra torque, to deal with even the toughest food waste.
60% quieter than standard models, the Evo 200 S waste disposal can quickly and efficiently grind including chicken bones, fish bones, fruit and vegetable peel, corn on the cob, nut shells and fruit pits. It can also grind avocado skin and banana peel with ease, reducing the amount of food waste that ends up in your kitchen bin, so those unpleasant smells emanating from your kitchen bin will be a thing of the past.
The unobtrusive, sleek design ensures the waste disposal unit fits neatly under almost any kitchen sink, whether newly fitted or existing. All you need is a power source and the correct plumbing, then your Evolution 200 can be installed with ease, thanks to our Quick Lock mounting system.
With no knives or blades, the Evolution 200 S is a completely safe addition to your kitchen. The food waste is pressed against a the stainless steel grind plate, then the resulting food particles are pushed through small holes in the chamber, into your drain system. The premium stainless steel sink stopper conceals the waste disposal unit when it is not in use and also functions as a standard sink plug.
You don't need to worry about overfilling your Evolution 200 S, as the overload protection feature prevents you placing too much food waste into the chamber.
Where you choose to position you air switch is entirely up to you. It is convenient placed on your worktop next to the sink, or alternatively it can be situated inside a kitchen cupboard.
Finished in premium chrome, the air switch provides air pressure to activate the disposer. If you prefer, you can choose an InSinkErator batch feed kit to operate your waste disposer, which is available separately.
