Helen has been an InSinkErator customer for over a decade. Her first product was the HC1100 side tap that dispenses both filtered cold water and filtered steaming hot water. In 2019 Helen decided that she wanted to upgrade to an all-in-one hot tap system to reduce the space taken up on her work surface.
